Statement HEDEX:

"This past month I have been heavily touring and feeling increasingly run down and sick. After 4 shows in 3 countries this weekend and a poorly visit to the doctors this morning, I received a letter of advice from my doctor saying to rest & take a course of medication before I leave again to tour in just over 7 days. I find it really difficult to shut off mentally from work, it effects my diet & sleep so the heavy touring can really take it out on me, I’m trying to find a balance where it all works. I am trying I promise. I am sorry that I will not be in Belgium this weekend. I wanted to let you know this straight away before anyone underwent travel. We are looking at new options in 2024.
