Everyone is welcome at Trix! We ensure that everyone, regardless of religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc., feels welcome at Trix. An open house stands for diversity and inclusivity. We strive to apply this at various levels. The basic principle here is to ensure that Trix staff respect the same values ​​and apply them continuously.

With these core values ​​always in mind, we aim to create a program that is as inclusive as possible, both online and offline.

The Trix building is currently nearly 100% accessible. However, we are also aware that we certainly need to take further concrete actions in this area, as well as for other target groups (the visually impaired, the hearing impaired, etc.).

Trix has the ambition to be a mirror of the super-diverse reality of Antwerp in all facets of its operations. We still have a way to go, both as an organization and in our operations, but we are determined.
