Definitely! The Cafe is the perfect place to meet each other for a pre-concert drink,  to dance a little bit longer at several afterpartys and aftershows or just to hang around.

The closest food facilities are headed at the Turnhoutstebaan, which is a 15 minute walk from Trix. You can find a foodtruck in our garden during festivals and sometimes during concerts. If so, this will be specified on the concert page and in the 'Plan Your Visit' mail.

Would you like to play on one of our venues? Of course you would! The only way to contact our programmers is to send an e-mail to bookings@trixonline.be. Please introduce yourself very shortly and let us know what kind of music you make. Make sure to add a link of your music. If our programmers are interested, they will get in touch with you. Good luck!

All items we find are stored in our café for a limited amount of time. Did you lose something? Please send an e-mail to info@trixonline.be with a description of your lost item or reach us via +32 (0)3 670 09 00.

Yes, definitely! We try to work cashless as much as possible in Trix. Drinks can therefore mainly be paid for with your card. If you want to buy tickets at the box office in the evening, you can also pay for them with your bank or credit card.

If you would like to buy merch from your favorite band, it is best to bring enough cash. Sometimes bands also provide a cashless solution, but certainly not always. Unfortunately, there is no ATM in the immediate vicinity of Trix.

All of our bars offer free earplugs. Reusable earplugs can also be purchased for €4,- (using coins) from the vending machines in the foyer of Trix Zaal, next to the entrance of Trix Club/Bar and in the hall next to the café.

The dimensions of our lockers (depth x width x height; in cm) are:

• Narrow locker: 53 x 30 x 60
• Square locker: 51 x 40 x 45

When a concert is sold out in presale, we will mention this on our website. In that case, there will be no more tickets for sale at the box office. You can then register on a waiting list to be kept informed if extra tickets are sold through us. You can also safely resell or buy tickets through our partner TicketSwap. Because we have an integrated partnership with them (SecureSwap), the new buyer's details appear on the ticket (instead of the original buyer's). We strongly recommend not to purchase tickets through other channels (social media, eBay, secondary ticketing platforms, ...). These tickets can be counterfeit or overpriced.

Concerts can sell out at the box office too. Due to safety reasons, we will not allow more visitors than de maximum capacity of the venue. If you want to be sure that you can attend the concert, we strongly advise you to buy your ticket in advance.

When a concert is cancelled, we immediately send an email to all ticket buyers and the full amount of the purchased tickets is automatically refunded (including booking fees). Anyone who purchased a ticket through another point of sale (e.g. via the band's website) must contact that point of sale for a refund.

Don't panic. Send an email to tickets@trixonline.be at least two working days in advance, mentioning the name and email address of the person who ordered the tickets, and we will resend them. The day before the concert, you will also receive a detailed 'Plan Your Visit' email with practical information about the concert evening, including a link to your ticket(s). Should you be unable to find your tickets on the day of the concert, please come to the box office and we will return them to you there.

Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, you can offer your tickets for sale again via the online platform TicketSwap. Because we have an integrated partnership with them (SecureSwap), the new buyer's details will appear on the ticket (instead of your details).

Events in Trix are always standing, unless specifically stated on the event page. There is no subdivision between certain ranks in terms of standing places in ticket sales. Read more about accessibility for people with a disability on this page.

The exact timing of a concert evening will be posted on the concert page of this website no later than 12:00 on the day of the concert. All ticket buyers will also receive a detailed 'Plan Your Visit' email one day before the event containing practical information and, among other things, the schedule for the concert evening.

For concerts, the doors of the concert hall usually open at 19:00 or 19:30, but this may be deviated from in exceptional cases (for a larger line-up with more bands). In most cases, the concerts end no later than 22:30, so that returning home by public transport is possible.

Would you like to rehearse continuously with your band for an extended period (for a week or longer)? It is possible! Simply send an email to info@trixonline.be. If the period can be booked, you will receive a customized quote.

Bands or artists looking to fine-tune their live sound can come to us for a PA rehearsal lasting one or more days. In our club, you can use a professional PA system to work with your sound engineer on an optimal sound balance for your concerts. More info & reservations via info@trixonline.be

Absolutely! In our producer studio ‘Flamingo’, you can work on your music in peace. A small single booth studio perfect for recording vocals, brass, guitars, etc., and for working on your productions or mixing. More info & reservations

Trix is ​​easily accessible on foot or by bike, either alone or in combination with another mode of transport. We have a large bicycle parking area at the entrance to the building. You can find the nearest Velo station (450m from our front door) on this map.

Find the most suitable train to Antwerp Central station using the NMBS route planner. Then take tram 10 from Antwerp Astrid Metro to the 'Hof Ter Lo' stop (towards Wijnegem). The journey time is approximately 4 minutes with one stop. Easy.

Do you want to cover the last leg between the station and Trix by bike? Then you have two options:

• Take an electric shared bike from Donkey Republic. With the code on your E-ticket, you get a 25% discount on a ride with Donkey.

Take tram 10 to the 'Hof Ter Lo' stop. Coming from the city centre, this is the first stop when the tram emerges above ground. Coming from Wijnegem, it is logically the last stop before the tram goes underground.

Those coming from the city center can easily take a taxi. You can reach the company Antwerp-Tax via 03 238 38 38 and antwerp-tax.be. With the antwerp-tax mobile app, you can easily find, order, and track a taxi. The app is available for free on iPhone, Android, and PC.

LOW EMISSION ZONE

Trix is ​​situated just inside the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) that has been in effect in Antwerp since February 1, 2017, to improve air quality. Only vehicles with the required Euro standard are allowed to enter the city. The most polluting vehicles are no longer permitted entry. In some cases, vehicles may only enter the LEZ upon payment or must be registered first. Anyone entering the LEZ is automatically checked. Vehicles that do not meet the requirements will receive a fine. You can find all information about the LEZ here.

CARPOOLING

Are you planning to come to Trix by car? Then definitely consider carpooling. It offers nothing but benefits: it is more sociable, cheaper, better for the environment, and you have less need to look for a parking space. Do it!

Noordersingel
Paid parking is available on the Noordersingel. You can find the parking rates and schedule on this website (the Noordersingel is located in the dark green zone). You can pay for parking time via app, SMS, or at a parking meter.

GAMMA Parking (limited capacity)
Noordersingel 32, 2140 Borgerhout
This car park is located next to Trix. The barriers open automatically upon entering the car park (number plate recognition). You pay upon exiting. You can park for free for the first 1.5 hours; after that, you pay €7.50 per commenced hour. 

'Huizekens' Parking - Rivierenhof Parking West (free, capacity: 160)

Near Cogelsplein in Deurne and a 10-minute walk from Trix.
This parking is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and is completely free.

'Antwerp Ring Center' Parking (€6, capacity: 200)
Noordersingel 17-19, 2140 Borgerhout

This parking is a 4-minute walk from Trix. The barriers open automatically upon entering the parking. When exiting, you must pay the €6. This parking is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. If events are taking place at AFAS Dome and/or Lotto Arena, this car park may be more expensive.

Parking Spoor Oost (€6, capacity unknown)

This car park is only available if events are taking place at the AFAS Dome and/or Lotto Arena.

Trix is located at Noordersingel 28-30, 2140 Antwerp. The nearest metro station is only two calls away from Antwerp Central Station. More information on how to reach Trix is to be found on this page.

Trix is ​​accessible to wheelchair users and accessible toilets are provided. Our concert halls do not have fixed seating (unless stated otherwise on the event page) and there is also no raised platform with separate seats provided.

There is no division between specific standing sections during ticket sales.

Trix Bar and Club
The Bar and Club are located on the first floor. They are accessible by elevator.

Trix Café and Hall
Our Café and Hall are located on the ground floor and are accessible to wheelchair users. The Hall itself consists of several levels, with walkways provided between them.

Rehearsal Rooms and Studio
These spaces are located in the basement of Trix (-1). Wheelchair users can easily reach this level via the underground car park.

Because the seating arrangement may vary per concert, we ask that you contact us at least a week in advance via info@trixonline.be. This way, we can work together to arrange the most suitable setting for an enjoyable visit.
