American singer-songwriter Chuck Ragan takes it a lot easier solo compared to his intense punk period. A hoarse voice and an acoustic guitar, that's all the Hot Water Music frontman needs to conquer the hearts of music lovers like a true punk troubadour. The rightful comparison with Bruce Springsteen is often made.
He has previously performed completely solo on our stage a few times, tonight he is supported by a full backing band with The Camaraderie to present his latest album 'Love & Lore'. For fans of raw Americana, folk with a punk edge and a well-lived 'whiskey voice'.
Skinny Lister
Londen based Skinny Lister blend folk music with punkrock as no one other. Their unique sound resulted in a worldwide fanbase. The band is busy writing and recording their sixth studio album. Their trademark shanty punk style will be front and centre on the new record, with the songs telling tales of live shows and traveling on the road.
Tim Vantol ^nl^
Tim Van Tol, some have called him the Dutch equivalent, some have called him an alcoholic, others have just called him Tim. Either way he is a very talented guy, distinctively gruff voice over catchy acoustic guitar, songs about being broke, getting drunk, and not giving up on hope.
