For the last couple of months, Off The Cross has been showing everything they’ve got on big and small stages in Belgium & The Netherlands. Everyone keeps asking how to describe the genre of the band. 1) carnation is a Rock'n'Roll band hailing from Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. Their sound is inspired by popular music of the 1960's, mixed with the attitude and energy of 70's rock. Their latest album "waxy's little sister" was recorded in Sweden by Fredrik Kronbäck & Martin Sventorp. 2) Carnation (カーネーション) is a Japanese R&R band. 3) Carnation is an old school death metal band from Belgium, formed in 2013. Their debute album 'Cemetery Of The Insane' will be released in the spring of 2015. 4) Carnation is a shoegaze/indie rock band from Melbourne, Australia influenced by the Brit-pop of the early 90s, 80s Manchester rock, as well as the psychedelic 60s. We have a knack for local talent and so here’s one from our very own doorstep! Antwerp’s Tangled Horns play a mix of stoner and grunge, but go far beyond wrapping themselves in genres and calling it a day. The power of rock is strong with these guys and there’s no better place to put it to test than Desertfest Antwerp!

Belgium has become quite a hotbed for musical talent from all across the board in recent years and so here’s one rad stoner rock band to surely keep an eye on. Your Highness hail from Ghent and are savvy in the ways of the riff, bringing together a strong affinity for blues, groovy melodies and a healthy dose of humor. Arson is that Ghentian boulder.’ The origin of Arson took place in the spring of 2016 when members of various Ghentian metal and screamo bands came together and wanted to tear away from the subcultures where they had been in for years. Time for a something new. Time for good old fashioned screaming guitars, tight drums and intense vocals.

Ghent 5-piece band Arson bring a hard mix of rock ‘n roll, punk, hardcore and southern rock.

Hauling from Merksem, Antwerp (Belgium), Fatal Move started out in 2009 and quickly built a name for its hard-hitting hardcore and passionate performances. Lyrically covering all that concerns and worries them and their peers, their high energy on- and off- stage gained them a notorious status. Expect an unique blend of old school hardcore with heavy beatdown parts and headbanging riffs. 

One thing’s for certain: Fatal Move is out to leave their mark on the local and international scene, and they won’t stop ‘till they’ve won over every last one of your souls!
