Widowspeak
Has already performed at Trix in 05.2024

Widowspeak remain purveyors of mood. Whether speaking plainly to the mundane details of modern life, dealing in heartbreak and hooks, or conjuring the sweeping openness of a wide angle landscape, they’re a band ever-concerned with the influence of place and the passage of time on personal experience: the way vivid memories can feel like movies or dreams. Anchored by the creative partnership of singer-songwriter Molly Hamilton and guitarist Robert Earl Thomas, Widowspeak in essence operates as a duo: the two write songs with ear-wormy choruses and big guitar chords, supported by warm and expansive arrangements.

L.A. Salami

L.A. Salami (born Lookman Adekunle Salami in London, England) is a British musician. An articulate, melodic, poetic singer songwriter of quality and distinction, he has been described as ‘a product of your imagination- old and new, young and aged, philosopher of saints and imposter doyen – twin sister to Dionysus and Apollo’s hungry son’. This London-born artist makes music ‘despite your qualms’ and ‘starves in the spare hour’. He remains unpretentious despite what this may imply and his sweet voice ‘is like the application of aloe vera on a sunburned back'. Read more on Last.fm. Kakkmaddafakka
Has already performed at Trix in 04.2020

KAKKMADDAFAKKA are somewhat of an anomaly in today's music scene. Their sound is almost impossible to categorise, containing elements from almost all the musical movements of the past century. But what else would expect from the latest band to emerge from the innovative Bergen music scene that produced Kings Of Convenience, Datarock, Royksopp and Casiokids.

KAKKMADDAFAKKA have been thrilling crowds up and down Norway since 2004 with their on-stage party, which features up to ten persons, including a horn section and dancing choirboys. The band is now building a solid reputation overseas after shows around Europe, the US and Canada, including festival appearances at CMJ Music Mararthon, Euro Sonic, NXNE, Melt!, Montreux Jazz Festival and soon Lowlands!

On 25 February 2011, Kakkmaddafakka released their second album Hest. The album was produced by Erlend Øye and released on the label Bubbles. The first single taken from the album was "Restless".

On 28 June 2013, the band released their third album Six Months Is a Long Time. It was again produced by Erlend Øye and released on Universal Music Germany.featuring the singles "Someone New", "Young" and "Forever Alone".

In early 2014, pianist and founder member Jonas Nielsen left the band and was replaced by Sebastian Emin Kittelsen.

The band released their fourth album titled KMF on 18 March 2016.

In 2017, after 12 years playing in the band, the guitarist and singer Pål Vindenes started a parallel solo project under the name Pish publishing the two singles Compromised and Crime.

Ho99o9

“This is only to be played “loud as fuck” in the comfort of your home, car or wherever the fuck you’re at”.

Mathilde Fernandez

Calling Mathilde Fernandez versatile doesn't give her enough credit. Artist, musician, fashion guru and even occasional astrologer (oh yes). She's all of that, and more. Together with partner in crime Paul Seul she previously set several stages ablaze with the ravepop/gabber project Ascendant Vierge. But also under her own name she stands out with her unique musical project, somewhere on the crossroad between acoustic and electro (pop).

Being compared to icons like Kate Bush, Nina Hagen and Björk, that doesn't happen to everyone. But it does with this Mathilde Fernandez. So let yourself be completely enchanted by this unique artist!

Okay Kaya

Okay Kaya explores the connections between mind and body in her music, blending sexy dance beats, unpredictable synths, and delicate guitars with whispering R&B vocals. Her style embraces vocals with a raw edge and hooks that merge wildly yet seamlessly. The result? A beautiful chaos that fits together perfectly. "Even my subconscious is self-conscious," she sings on her album "SAP," which she wrote, performed, recorded, and produced entirely on her own. In summary, Okay Kaya is an exceptionally talented artist and a spectacle to experience live.

Tramhaus

Tramhaus is a post-punk powerhouse from Rotterdam, widely celebrated for their ferocious live energy and a genre-bending sound that seamlessly channels post-hardcore, shoegaze, and raw punk rock. Since forming in 2020, this tightly-knit five-piece has been on a non-stop global tear, tearing up major stages from Lowlands and Primavera Sound to unexpected touring DIY-hotspots like Kosovo and Japan.

Their 2024 debut The First Exit earned flawless 5-star reviews, album-of-the-week accolades, and airplay from the likes of KEXP and Iggy Pop. Built on a fierce, grassroots independent spirit, Tramhaus drags audiences headfirst into a relentless maelstrom of emotion from the very first chord. Brace yourself: their highly anticipated sophomore album Blister drops on 9 October 2026.
