For this concert a limited number of Gate15 cultural vouchers (for Antwerp students) will be accepted. Send us at least two working days before the day of the concert a request for reservation by mail. After the devaluation of your voucher you will receive the Trix concert ticket.

Lysistrata
Lysistrata was described by Australia's KEXP as a brilliant blend of post-rock, noise, and math-rock. With roots in diverse musical movements, they bring a fresh perspective to older genres, playing with asymmetry, dissonance, and the familiar dynamics of loud versus soft, as once introduced by bands like Sonic Youth. The trio, consisting of Ben Amos Cooper (drums, vocals), Theo Guéneau (guitar), and Max Roy (bass), weaves their youthful energy with intense emotions, allowing them to not only challenge musically but also strike deep, personal chords. Statue ^b^
Instrumentale, loeiharde maar altijd wonderschone muziek met verwijzingen naar symfonische rock, noise, classic rock. Alles gekruid met vleugje slide-gitaar en een snuifje krautrock. De bonte bende van Statue creëert een wall of sound waarbinnen elke muzikant strak en gedisciplineerd zijn ding doet. Lekker.
