MAYORGA
Helena Mayorga Paredes stelt met Mayorga haar soloproject aan de wereld voor. De half-Chileense gitariste brengt een melancholische mix van lo-fi indie pop en r(a)uwe gitaarsongs. Haar nummers ontstaan in haar slaapkamer, ergens onderweg of ergens onderweg naar haar slaapkamer. Daarna duikt ze de studio in met producer Charline D’hoore. In mei 2022 bracht ze haar debuut single ‘Weekend Lover’ uit. Deze werd snel opgevolgd door ‘Girlcrush’ in september. Proeven van de singels betekent, uitkijken naar de EP. Gelukkig voor ons komt die er spoedig aan.

Lani is the mix of juicy subs and camptivating melodies. With a profound love for deep basses and pop culture Lani manages to bring the catchiest of popsongs in a slight dirty glitter jacket. It's addictive and it's fresh. It's sugar sweet but it's bluntL And most importantly, it's poppin' with the right kind of attitude and ambition.
