Molchat Doma

Molchat Doma founded in 2017 in Minsk, floats between post-punk, new wave, and synth-pop. In 2020, the band went viral with their song “Судно (Борис Рыжий),” which appeared in hundreds of thousands of videos on TikTok and reached the second spot on the Spotify Global Viral 50 chart. Dark yet danceable, with a hefty dose of goth ethos, their music echoes great names from the past. Nevertheless, Molchat Doma creates an immediately recognizable and unique sound.

In the four years since their last album, "Monument," much has changed in the lives of singer Egor Shkutko, bassist/synth player Pavel Kozlov, and songwriter/producer Raman Kamahortsau. Their new music reflects these changes. "The entire album shows what has happened to us," says the band about their new work. "Belaya Polosa" is a testament to change in difficult times, a love letter to the digital pulse of the '90s, and a reinvention of the band's somber dancefloor anthems.

Urban Heat, opgericht in 2019 door multi-instrumentalist Jonathan Horstmann, combineert duistere 80's stijlen met moderne flair. Onweerstaanbaar dansbare muziek, vol melodische synths en zware baslijnen die live volledig tot hun recht komen. Met hun muziek brengen ze een sprankje hoop voor de toekomst, omhuld door de malaise van het heden en de nostalgie van het verleden. Hun succes bleef niet onopgemerkt en zo wonnen ze "Song of the Year" voor "Have You Ever" bij de 2023 Austin Music Awards.
