Stick to Your Guns is a 5 piece hardcore band from Orange County, California. Very heavily influenced by the orange county hardcore scene, their music, message, style, and sound can perhaps be compared to bands like Bleeding Through and Throwdown. Currently they are signed to Century Media/Sumerian Records and have released four full-length albums to date. As a leading force in contemporary melodic hardcore and the metalcore revival, Counterparts continues to push boundaries. Vocalist Brendan Murphy, lead guitarist Jesse Doreen, bassist Tyler Williams, and drummer Kyle Brownlee have masterfully refined a signature sound built on raw emotional weight and crushing breakdowns. While 2022's A Eulogy for Those Still Here offered a balance of melodic heartache, their recent release Heaven Let Them Die dives into significantly heavier, darker territory.
