'Vrijdag Vrijdag': Chiel Van Gysel + Unfinished Business + FAK
Our rehearsal spaces are bursting with talent and that needs to be seen. On Friday Friday we transform our café into a musical playground for your favorite acts on your favorite day. Three acts find each other from rehearsal space to the stage. From subdued singer-songwriters to loud 808s and fuzz guitars. Drop in, grab a drink and claim the front row spot of your local heroes.

Chiel Van Gysel
Chiel Van Gysel gaat al enkele jaren als producer achter de schermen te werk. Deze keer is het tijd voor een solo project. Hij kruipt samen met Stefan Sikora het podium op en brengt nummers over liefde, escapisme en andere kwaaltjes.
FAK
Naomi Bentein (Lagüna, Melting Time, NINU) stampt FAK uit de grond. Wat boven de aarde treedt zijn synthesizers, drumcomputers en hypnotiserend baslijnen. Denk Joy Division, The Cure en Front 242 maar dan wel heel strak in het pak. FAK pakt uit met een straffe live-act. Met Sarah Dechaene, Claire Faniel, Luna De Bruyne en Jonas Boutsen achter zich trekt Bentein een feministische band, die de muziek recht uit hun hart laat vloeien.
Unfinished Business
Het vijfkoppige Unfinished Business maken met hun soundscapes indruk Antwerpen. Je plakt niet zomaar één term op wat ze brengen. Met een stevige basis in jazz vloeien ze via rock, funk, fusion alle kanten uit. De band schuwt improvisatie niet en staat op het podium als een Hive Mind. Laat hun klanken zoetjes om je heen zoemen.
