YellowStraps ^be^

YellowStraps, het viertal rond de broertjes Murenz, switcht naadloos van soul naar r&b en hiphop. Lefto pikte hen destijds op, gaf hen dikverdiende airplay op Studio Brussel en maakte de weg vrij voor een 'most promising artist' Red Bull Elektropedia Award. Vorig jaar dook de band op in COLORS, een succesvolle livesessiereeks op YouTube. Sindsdien staat YellowStraps vooraan in de rij aan 'next big things'. James Blake en Sampha beginnen al te zweten!

As a songwriter, composer and producer, David Numwami is truly a musical jack-of-all-trades. And although his name doesn't necessarily ring a bell in Flanders yet, the Brussels native David Nzeyimana has already toured with Charlotte Gainsbourg, dived into the studio with Sébastien Tellier and Nicolas Godin from Air and won on the other side of the language border a D6bels Music Award (the Walloon version of the MIA's). Singles ‘BEATS!​’ and 'Le fisc de l'amour​', bundled with other goodies on debut album ‘Numwami world​’, reveal a delicious portion of DIY feel good vibes.
