ZHOD + TEEN CREEPS + MIND RAYS + THE TUBS

Teen Creeps is een indierock-trio uit Gent met een voorliefde voor de alternatieve rock uit de jaren '90 en punk. Hun muziek bevindt zich ergens tussen melodie en agressie en werd al omschreven als "Guided By Voices, maar agressiever" en "Fugazi, maar dan stiekem goedgezind".

Eind 2013 bracht de band zijn eerste EP uit in eigen beheer, en in maart 2015 volgde een split 7" met Mind Rays op Oddie Records.

Over the past decade, Mind Rays (Ghent, est. 2013) have carved out a reputation of wild and energetic live shows along with a raw, uncompromising and booming sound.  

After a split 7“ with Teen Creeps and an EP on the US label Gnar Tapes in 2015, they released their debut full-length LP ‘Nerve Endings’ (PNKSLM Recs.) in 2017 and continued to brazenly tour their way through Europe.  In 2019 their sophomore record ‘Course of Action’ (PNKSLM Recs.) came out, an album on which their bold and furious songs truly came to life with production from Pieter-Paul Devos (Raketkanon, Kapitan Korsakov).  

During summer 2023 they once again locked themselves into the studio, this time with producer Bert Vliegen (Whispering Sons, Teen Creeps) to work on an all new EP which is sure to be the band’s definitive statement.  They couldn’t be more psyched to play this new batch of songs live, keep your eyed peeled for a release date soon!

Dit Gents trio heeft een handelsmerk gemaakt van op schijnbaar moeiteloos wijze catchy, lichtjes onconventionele garagepop-songs uit de mouw te schudden. Dit ontging ook Amerikaanse labels Gnar Tapes en Burger Records niet, waar de band zijn twee laatse albums uitbracht op cassette. Binnenkort is hun nieuwste album ook te verkrijgen op vinyl via Oddie en het Franse Azbin Records.

ZHOD (Zentralheizung of Death) is een Duits garagerock fenomeen dat op Eurosonic passeerde en recentelijk de stad Tilburg werd uitgezet. Vergelijkingen met Ty Segall en Thee Oh Sees vliegen de jongens om de oren, maar we onthouden toch vooral hun onevenaarbaar talent om de boel op te hitsen. High energy punky garagerock waarop stilstaan on-mo-ge-lijk is.
