Everyone can attend concerts. We want you to enjoy your evening at Trix in the best possible conditions. Feel free to speak to one of our volunteers upon entry, and they will be happy to assist you.

FAQ

Is Trix accessible to wheelchair users?

Trix is ​​accessible to wheelchair users and accessible toilets are provided. Our concert halls do not have fixed seating (unless stated otherwise on the event page) and there is also no raised platform with separate seats provided.

There is no division between specific standing sections during ticket sales.

Trix Bar and Club
The Bar and Club are located on the first floor. They are accessible by elevator.

Trix Café and Hall
Our Café and Hall are located on the ground floor and are accessible to wheelchair users. The Hall itself consists of several levels, with walkways provided between them.

Rehearsal Rooms and Studio
These spaces are located in the basement of Trix (-1). Wheelchair users can easily reach this level via the underground car park.

Do you have trouble standing upright for a long time?

Because the seating arrangement may vary per concert, we ask that you contact us at least a week in advance via info@trixonline.be. This way, we can work together to arrange the most suitable setting for an enjoyable visit.

Relax in our café

A concert can be intense. You can always take a break in our Café: get free water, relax, or enjoy from a distance. Everyone is welcome.
