Track East

At Track EAST, young people get a taste of rap, vocals, songwriting and much more in a relaxed setting. They're taken on an adventure filled with coaching sessions and workshops, discovering their passions and talents alongside experienced coaches.

There are plenty of opportunities: targeted coaching from experienced artists, studio time, open mics where you gain stage experience and push your limits, fun group activities, and a real photoshoot! At the end of the programme, you get to show the world what you've learned.

On 11 April we kick off Track EAST with a kick-off event at Venster, Trix. Still on the fence? Just come by, ask your questions and soak up the atmosphere. And for those who feel ready: the open mic is your chance to hit the stage for the very first time!

Already got some experience and thinking about joining later? As long as there are spots available, you can jump in at any point during the programme. Sign up via kim@trixonline.be.

Where & when?

Coaches

Jazz Sanusi

vocals

If Jazz Sanusi’s energy doesn’t blow you away her voice surely will. The Belgian-Nigerian artist dishes out a delicious R&B sound. Her tunes float in the spaces between Jazz, Blues, Disco, Soul and HipHop. Important to add is that Jazz is one of those artists you need to see live. Her presence on stage is truly unmatched.

DeadBeat Larry

rap

Deadbeat Larry is the musical by-product of a corporate burnout, after 10+ years under various monikers and bands in the UK, Larry returns to his native Belgium, where a few singles were immediately picked up by 'Abattoir Anvers' (Studio Brussels), and joined the tour went with Zwangere Guy and Lander Ghyselinck.
