Some bands just don't do genre - they do feeling, intensity, they do immense and raw power brought about by the shamanistic force of music. One such bands is Inter Arma, who from their debut onwards have consistently made sure to avoid the death-doom pigeonhole they got confined to. 'Sulphur English' (2019) puts down an unrelenting vision of pure catharsis, a transcendental fever dream that is as mesmerizing as it is brutal.
