De hardcorepunkrock-brigade rond de ex-frontman van Gallows staat voor drie dingen: retestrak, loeiluid en krankzinnig. Met de Rattlesnakes aan zijn zijde, bracht Frank Carter in mei End of Suffering uit - een Boeddhistische term voor 'verlichting' en tevens de derde plaat van de band (na Blossom uit 2015 en Modern Ruin uit 2017). Live staat de band nog steeds voor 200% garant voor rauwe razernij en kolkende massa's aan moshpits. Deze zomer te aanschouwen op Pukkelpop, en in het najaar bij ons!
Kid Kapichi
If you think you know Kid Kapichi, lean in closer. Since the release of their acclaimed fourth album ‘Fearless Nature’, the Hastings heavyweights have proven they are much more than just the political snarl of ‘Party At No. 10’.
The record marked a turning point for frontman Jack Wilson, swapping outward observations for raw, inward defiance. From the muscular efficiency of ‘Stainless Steel’ to the haunting austerity-critique of ‘Dark Days Are Coming’, Kid Kapichi showed the world their bullet holes—and became stronger for it. Now touring with a high-voltage lineup featuring Lee Martin and Miles Gill, the band is "bouncing off the walls" with a renewed vibrancy. They’re still sticking their heads above the parapet, delivering a high-octane show that reminds us that even in the darkest days, it does get better.
