Grote Geelstaart balances like a tightrope walker constantly on the verge of losing their footing. Clad in neat shirts and ties, they drag a mountain of gear onto every stage—including two drum kits and a pedal collection that would turn a harsh-noise connoisseur's head. Armed with twisted sounds and even more twisted time signatures, they unleash a live show that feels as suffocating as a fish out of water, binding the crowd with maniacally danceable compositions.
Following high-profile tracks at Eurosonic Noorderslag and Best Kept Secret, the band is hitting the road this fall for their first headline tour through the Low Countries to present their sophomore EP 'Wij Zinken'. Leaving nothing on stage but the mere illusion of good manners.
