AROH DJ B2B M I M I

After her birth in Lusaka, the multi-talented Maria Muehombo came to Belgium. Now she is making her mark on the Belgian and international scene as M I M I. In her work she plays with the relationship between classical and club music. M I M I experiences music as an extension of nature. And she likes to share that connecting message with the audience during her sets.

You'll find him on the streets of Brussels, looking for strange records and crazy MP3s. Aroh is a DJ who cannot be classified under a genre. What you can do is trust that he will always deliver a great party. He delves into the archives especially for you, flirts with Wave, Techno and Rave and makes you sweat on the dance floor.

Brorlab
Has already performed at Trix in 01.2023

Brorlab is Raf, Sam and Casper, three friends who got to know each other in the thriving garage scene in Antwerp in 2016.  Brorlab started as a simple joke but has since grown into a brilliant joke. Their gigs are everything the future should hold: powerful and warm-hearted. Psychedelic gabber punk and smartass hits!

Captain Kaiser
Has already performed at Trix in 12.2022 & 03.2026

Five sons of the Kempen region, punk through and through, and all about no-nonsense energy, that’s Captain Kaiser in a nutshell. But in reality, they are much more than that. This promising rock band keeps delivering powerful, memorable songs that grow rawer and more mature with every release. Their fourth album, 'Belgian Boy', marks another step forward: more authentic, fully realized, and open to new, adventurous sounds. It’s the natural progression after shedding their “promising act” label two years ago with 'RHYME&REASON', a gripping post-punk record where Vansant poured out the grief over his mother’s death. As they celebrate their 10th anniversary, Captain Kaiser do it in style with a proper party at Trix, and they’re not coming alone!

Crouch
Has already performed at Trix in 10.2024 & 03.2025

Crouch was founded in 2021 when Levy Seynaeve and Wim Coppers of Wiegedood decided the world needed a(nother) good, slow and crushingly heavy band. And so they proceeded with the plan, got Jasper Hollevoet onboard to play bass and in 2023 dropped a bomb of an EP, simply titled EP. Things are simple in the Crouch universe. Words like razors, riffs like landslides, drums like lashes.

Deadbeat Larry & Friends

Deadbeat Larry raps his way through life. Earnest and always right on target he brings banging beats. For this special occasion he invited over some friends.

LeBlanco

Hard flows, trap beats and cutting lyrics. The masked Leblanco is one of Belgium’s most exciting hiphop artists.

Lézard
Has already performed at Trix in 04.2026

If the collapse of civilization is inevitable, it might as well happen to a fierce groove. The Ghent-based collective Lézard realized this early on. Beneath their stylish, geometric post-punk sound simmers a hysterical energy, a kind of Boogie Wonderland for eccentrics, misfits and lost souls, where everyone is welcome.

Drifting in the spirit of Devo, LCD Soundsystem, Talking Heads and Telex, Lézard’s ‘disco vogue’ art-punk escapades have already drawn plenty of attention. The group wears catchiness like a three-piece suit that’s just a little too tight on a sweltering summer day: sooner or later, the figurative tie comes loose. On stage, Lézard escalates in the most bewildering and joyful ways imaginable, amplified by the feverish audiovisual creations of Joannes Meulewaeter.

LũpḁGangGang

Mojo & The Kitchen Brothers
Has already performed at Trix in 02.2023, 09.2023, 11.2023, 12.2023, 09.2024 & 05.2026

The Belgian six-piece Mojo & The Kitchen Brothers conjures the raw zeitgeist of the early 70s. Their brand of heavy prog-rock echoes the titans of the era—think Black Sabbath, Wishbone Ash, and Pink Floyd. Yet, they are far more than a nostalgia trip; deeply rooted alongside their psych-rock contemporaries, they lead the listener through a limbo between the past and the present.

"The real treasure was the friends we made along the way." To celebrate this hopelessly cheesy but undeniably true platitude, Mojo & The Kitchen Brothers have invited two absolute heavyweights from the Dutch psychedelic scene. On May 2nd, they join forces to lift the Belgian audience high above Trix for a night of sonic levitation.

Movulango

Movulango is an innovative musician who seamlessly blends elements of pop and experimental music. With the launch of his own label and platform, Panacea, he has embarked on a new chapter in his artistic journey. This project symbolizes a fresh start and the expansion of his creative boundaries. No longer bound by traditional labels, he crafts unique sounds that convey both depth and energy. His music explores themes of transformation, moving from darkness to light, creating compositions that resonate with listeners on multiple levels. Attached to his voice? So are we, all the way to Trix!

NAH
Has already performed at Trix in 12.2022

Behind his drum NAH will drag you along on a feverish quest through jazz, hiphop, techno and electronica all at once.

Niels Orens
Has already performed at Trix in 04.2023

Niels Orens is an electronic producer and live performer exploring the friction between acoustic instrumentation and cutting-edge production. His work transforms organic sounds through synthesis, resulting in immersive compositions that prioritize texture, spatiality, and intricate sound design. Blending breakbeat, deep bass, and experimental electronics, Orens crafts soundscapes that feel both visceral and deeply human.

Having cut his teeth as a collaborator for Max Cooper and co-composing with Soulwax for Miet Warlop, Orens has quickly ascended the ranks of forward-thinking electronic music. After roughly 50 European shows—including sold-out headlines at AB Club and Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw—he returns with the Never Again EP (Off Corner Records). This new body of work translates themes of alienation and unrest into fractured rhythms and haunting low-end pressure, solidifying his reputation as a master of emotional tension.

Ninette
Has already performed at Trix in 06.2025

Antwerp-based DJ Ninette has a clear mission: to get everyone dancing in complete comfort. She discovered her love and talent for spinning records during a workshop with Black Mamba. Since then, she's been steadily refining her skills and sound. In 2023, she won MNM Start to DJ, becoming both the youngest and the first female winner of the competition at just 16 years old.

Thanks to her background in dance, she feels rhythm like no other. Her sets are an irresistible mix of Afro Tech, Amapiano, Gqom, and Afro House, infused with pure energy and positive vibes. Ninette doesn't just play music; she crafts an atmosphere where people feel free and simply can't resist moving. Expect an exhilarating and fresh sound that truly enriches the nightlife.

Daniël Paul

Daniël Paul is the alter ego of musician and filmmaker Maurice Luijten.
Using the names of his two grandfathers, he creates intimate 'neofolk' and released a self-titled debut album together with nykolaes in 2023. Expect soft, half-mumbled and half-sung folk songs that sound as fragile as they are familiar. Sometimes funny, often searching, always close to the heart.

Porcelain Id
Has already performed at Trix in 12.2021

Daunting and fragile. Porcelain id is ready to wonder you with their alternative singer-songwriter.

Predatory Void
Has already performed at Trix in 04.2026

Predatory Void is a Belgian band that combines contemporary extremity: they deliver a blend of sludge, deathcore, and post-metal with brutal intensity. Shoplifter B2B Mankiyan

Mighty back to back for those who enjoy UK bass, grime and garage. Shoplifter and Manikiyan are here for you.

STEVE
Has already performed at Trix in 05.2026

STEVE is basically a technicolor fever dream you can’t shake off. They mash up punk, noise, and hip-hop into something that’s loud, messy, and impossible to ignore. After tearing up stages with the likes of Wargasm and Heavy Lungs, Daan, Jef, Leonard, and Fenne are heading into darker waters. Their new stuff isn't about being pretty; it’s about alienation, mental overload, and surviving the chaos. It’s a beautiful disaster, and honestly, that’s exactly how it should be.

TAKH

TAKH offers raw and intense musical trip. Fuelled by a shared love of the dark and ominous.

Uwase
Has already performed at Trix in 09.2023

With her dreamy sound and refined sense of detail, Uwase effortlessly moves between indie, alt-pop, and experimental rock. Think the emotional depth of Caroline Polachek and the studio mastery of Julie McLarnon,  but entirely on her own terms. For her debut EP, Uwase teamed up with producer Jasper Segers (Balthazar, Sylvie Kreusch, Oriana Ikomo). The result is a timeless sonic world where past and present merge into something fresh, elusive, and entirely original.

Though she naturally carries an air of mystery and humility, one thing is certain: Uwase is an artist to watch. Subtle yet powerful, she’s a rising force in Belgium’s indie rock scene.

Victor de Roo

De Brusselaar Victor De Roo is even veelzijdig als onvatbaar. DJ, muzikant, producer,...

Youniss & friends
Has already performed at Trix in 06.2023, 06.2023 & 09.2024

Riverside

The City Pirates social football project on Linkeroever is much more than a football team. The River Side Studio has been an integral part of the operation for several years. With this they get to work musically with talented young people. From writing music lyrics to making beats and from dance to rap. The methodology they created around football is thus translated into music: young people can exercise their passion through workshops and continue to grow.
