Trix is the music centre of Antwerp. Music is our language, connecting artists, young people, music lovers, and the residents of this city.

We are also a vibrant network of art and youth players, musicians, and music enthusiasts. The programming on our stages, in our workshops, and at locations throughout the city is the result of a passionate team and exciting collaborations.

For a temporary replacement from April through June, Trix is looking for a Catering Assistant (80%)! Hungry for more? Read on.

/ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide catering for crew and artists, taking into account preferences, allergies, budget, and sustainability
• Organize (public) catering for large and small events at Trix
• Plan catering both weekly and for longer-term projects
• Create schedules for your team, including freelancers and volunteers
• Manage Trix's pantry: monitor stock, place orders, and handle all purchases for artists' riders
• Ensure everything is hygienic, organized, and compliant with regulations

/ YOUR PROFILE

• You have a passion for food and music
• Planning comes naturally, and you are highly organized
• You work independently but can also motivate and manage a team of freelancers and volunteers
• You are stress-resistant, flexible, and punctual
• Evening and weekend work is not a problem
• A passion for vegetarian or vegan cooking is a plus!
• You live in Antwerp or the surrounding area
