Job Vacancy: Catering Assistant (80%, 3 months, early April – late June)

Trix is the music centre of Antwerp. Music is our language, connecting artists, young people, music lovers, and the residents of this city.
We are also a vibrant network of art and youth players, musicians, and music enthusiasts. The programming on our stages, in our workshops, and at locations throughout the city is the result of a passionate team and exciting collaborations.

/ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide catering for crew and artists, taking into account preferences, allergies, budget, and sustainability
- Organize (public) catering for large and small events at Trix
- Plan catering both weekly and for longer-term projects
- Create schedules for your team, including freelancers and volunteers
- Manage Trix's pantry: monitor stock, place orders, and handle all purchases for artists' riders
- Ensure everything is hygienic, organized, and compliant with regulations
/ YOUR PROFILE
- You have a passion for food and music
- Planning comes naturally, and you are highly organized
- You work independently but can also motivate and manage a team of freelancers and volunteers
- You are stress-resistant, flexible, and punctual
- Evening and weekend work is not a problem
- A passion for vegetarian or vegan cooking is a plus!
- You live in Antwerp or the surrounding area
