With HiFive we once again present you with a series of extremely interesting international acts. Brand new acts that we think you really should discover. We deliberately keep the entrance fee low. You can buy a ticket for €5. Quality does not always have to be expensive.

On our HiFive agenda this spring in the Trix Café:

• 24.09 - knitting (ca) - Sharp lyrics, powerful guitar solos and whispery vocals blend into nostalgic indie rock full of emotion and dry humour.

  09.10 - Mary Jane Dunphe (us) - A powerful performance, sparkling visuals and fragmented memories that continue to resonate long after the show ends.

  15.10 – green star (uk) - green star mix raw energy with dreamy soundscapes, drawing inspiration from bands like Sonic Youth, Swirlies and Yo La Tengo.

  23.10 - eat-girls (fr) - eat-girls’ songs balance somewhere between pop, post-punk, minimal synth, kraut and dub.

  30.10 - Du Blonde - 

  05.11 - Renny Conti (us) - Indie for lovers of the rough edges: music that scrapes, sways, and offers just as much comfort as confusion.

  12.11 - Quade (uk) - They describe their sound as “doomer sad-boy, ambient dub, folk, experimental post-rock” – and that perfectly captures the mood.
