Gooi rave, dance, tribale elementen, geestverruimende elektronica en op fusion geënt psychedelisch instrumentaal werk in een grote mixer en je krijgt de Britse band Ozric Tentacles. Sinds 1982 neemt het legendarische viertal je mee op psychedelische en eigenzinnige muzikale trips en dat al 29 (!) albums en een ontelbaar aantal 'trippy' concerten lang.

Momenteel legt Ozric Tentacles de laatste hand aan een gloednieuw dubbelalbum en stichtend lid Ed Wynne is alvast razend enthusiast: "Even after all this time, we’ve never been so excited or pleased with an album. We just can’t wait for people to hear this one. If (hypothetically), for any reason we would not able to make another album after this, we would be content in knowing we have had the opportunity to bring this particular musical journey to everyone.”
