Is there a doctor in the house? Yes, several! Are you dealing with specific questions about promo, management, finances, bookings, or performance opportunities—or do you just need some solid feedback? Consult the sharpest experts in the music industry and sit down for a personal 1-on-1 session.

All sessions take place on Wednesday afternoon between 1:30 PM and 5:00 PM. Each 30-minute session is free to book and tailored for young artists up to 30 years old.

Rockoco

Gille launched his career with the Ghent hip-hop collective Uberdope before founding FAKE Records, a label specializing in Dutch-language hip-hop. In 2020, FAKE won the Red Bull Elektropedia Award for Best Label. As label manager, Gille works alongside artists such as Brihang, Simon, and Puntjudith.

As PR Manager at Warner Music Belgium, Laura connects Warner’s international roster with Belgian media (both Dutch and French-speaking). She secures coverage across print, online, radio, and TV, sets up interviews, and pitches new releases weekly. Laura builds release strategies—from press campaigns to media relations—for both emerging talent and established icons, drawing on past experience at Universal Music, VI.BE, and Studio Brussel.

Tarik Vanrompaey has been working in the music industry for nearly twenty years and has been a music programmer at Ancienne Belgique (AB) since 2018. He works daily with artists, agents, and managers to curate a rich, diverse, and current lineup for the AB. He closely tracks the careers, releases, collaborations, and inner workings of the (inter)national music scene.

Vitrine Agency is an independent live music booking agency representing a diverse lineup of talent—from established acts like Compact Disk Dummies and Froukje to rising stars like Milolaathetlukken.

Charline D’hoore shapes the Belgian music scene both on and off the stage. Swapping her medical studies to write and produce music, she soon became a fixture as live guitarist and backing vocalist for Pommelien Thijs. After playing major stages like Rock Werchter, Pukkelpop, and AB, she left the band in 2025 to focus fully on her own project, CHIMMI, a creative outlet where she channels her vision as an artist, producer, and creative director.

VI.BE (pronounced vibe) is the support center for artists and the broader music industry, providing free advice to everyone from beginners to pros. They guide musicians, DJs, producers, organizers, and managers through release planning, promo, record deals, finances, grants, and more.
