QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR CONCERTS
/ Do I need a COVID Safe Ticket and/or face mask to attend an event in Trix?The Consultation Committee decided that from March 7 on the corona barometer will switch to code yellow. All concerts and events in Trix with a standing audience are therefore always allowed. You no longer need to present a valid Covid Safe Ticket (CST) and inside Trix wearing a face mask is no longer mandatory.
/ Can I pay by card in Trix?
Of course! And even more so, we exclusively work cashless in Trix! You can only pay for drinks and drink tokens with your card. In the Hall we work with tokens, in the Café and the Bar & Club you can pay with your card at the counter. Also if you want to buy tickets at the evening box office, you can only pay for them with your bank or credit card.
If you'd like to buy merch from your favorite band, it's best to bring cash. Sometimes bands also provide a cashless solution, but certainly not always. There is no ATM near Trix.
/ The concert is cancelled or the concert’s date has been changed. I already bought a ticket; what now?
You’ll immediately receive an e-mail with more information. If the concert is cancelled, you will automatically receive a refund in your bank account within a few days if you purchased your tickets using a debit card. If you made the purchase with you credit card, the refund will appear on the next statement.
Whenever dates change, your purchased tickets remain valid for that event on the new date. If you cannot attend on the new date, then you will have the option to return your tickets for a limited period of time.
/ Do you offer ear protection in Trix?
All of our bars offer free earplugs. Reusable earplugs can also be purchased for €4,- (using coins) from the vending machines in the foyer of Trix Zaal, next to the entrance of Trix Club/Bar and in the hall next to the café.
/ Does Trix have accessibility facilities?
Yes, Trix is fully accessible to visitors with mobility requirements. You can use the elevator to reach the Kelder or the Bar/Club. Our lavatories contain wheelchair proof toilets as well. Unfortunately, our concert areas are not complemented with special wheelchair spots. However, our crew can help you to find the perfect place for you to watch the show. Don’t hesitate to ask one of our crewmembers to help you out!
Do you have any other special needs – for example if you wish to bring a guide dog to a concert or if you are not able to stand for a long time – please send an e-mail to email@example.com. We will do the best we can to help you.
/ Is there an age limit for you concerts?
There is no minimum age limit for our concerts unless this is specified on the concert’s page on our website. If you are younger than 16, we do expect you to be accompanied by an adult (+18).
/ Am I allowed to bring take photos or videos of the concert?
No professional photographic, video or audio equipment may be brought to performances without express permission. Consumer cameras are allowed, but without flash.
/ I can’t find my concert ticket(s) in my mailbox. What should I do?
Do not hesitate to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (at least one working day in advance). We will then resend it to your mailbox. Can't find your ticket(s) last-minute? Do not panic! Our employees can also help you at the box office.
/ I can no longer attend the event. Can I get a refund?
That’s a pity! Unfortunately we cannot refund tickets, unless concerts are being cancelled or dates change. We recommend you to try to resell your tickets via Ticketswap – the only legal way of reselling tickets.
/ Do you have lockers in Trix?
Of course! The lockers of the Hall are located in the basement near the toilets and close half an hour after the end of the concert. The lockers of the Bar/Club can be found on your left, just before you enter the Bar/Club. You can use the lockers once with a specially provided token that you can purchase with your payment card for €1 in the Hall at the point of sale of the drink tokens, in the Bar & Club at the counter.
