On floor -1 you will find our rehearsal rooms. That space in Trix is bursting with talent. This year, more than 2000 rehearsers have already dived into the basement. Everything that is practiced, played and created there, simply deserves a stage. Hence: Café Kelder.
During Café Kelder, musicians from our rehearsal rooms are given the stage in our café! They determine the musical program for an entire evening. The stage is therefore theirs and their talented friends'. The chance to discover the latest talent, that is yours! Café Kelder is completely free by the way, it doesn't get any better than this.
Fishbowl
Fishbowl is a melancholic indie-rock band from Antwerp, formed by Lena Jullian and Lena Beck after a workshop at Trix. Their dreamy yet powerful sound is reminiscent of Mazzy Star, Big Thief, and Porridge Radio. With honest lyrics and immersive compositions, they turn deep emotions into captivating music. Fishbowl is a fresh breeze in the scene, ready to win hearts.
B!NO
Baptiste Vanmaercke earned the nickname “Albino” as a child due to his striking snow-white hair. As B!NO, he navigates between the Antwerp hip-hop scene and influences like Loyle Carner, channeling introspection, vulnerability, and love into powerful choruses and intimate ballads. In 2024, he became the youngest Artist In Residence at Trix, where he pieced together the fragments of a shadowy period into his debut album. Live, he takes his audience on an emotional rollercoaster where hands rise high and tears are welcome. This young artist from Lier is bursting with energy, intensity, and ready to send his deepest emotions out into the world.
FÄM
FÄM is a neo-soul duo from Antwerp crafting soulful pop that moves you. With deep grooves, warm vocals, and heartfelt lyrics, they pull you into the moment—dance, feel, and forget everything else. Inspired by Jordan Rakei, Tom Misch, and Olivia Dean, FÄM is perfect for late-night vibes or living-room dance parties.
