IDER

IDER are Megan Markwick and Lily Somerville, two housemates who found each other through music and together create icy, smoky electro-pop. They emerged in 2016 with pristine harmonies, sharp lyrics, and a DIY spirit that’s as bold as it is disarming. They quickly won over the blogosphere – including FADER and Stereogum – and were soon compared to acts like London Grammar and Rhye. Not long after, they signed with Glassnote Records (home to CHVRCHES, Childish Gambino).

Their third album 'Late To The World', recorded in a converted church studio in Wales, is their most layered work to date: a cinematic blend of electro, indie and anti-folk that embraces female identity, rage, softness and self-discovery. IDER is the voice of a generation claiming its space – at its own pace, and with a wink.
