Rokia Bamba

Rokia Bamba is a DJ, sound artist, and radio producer based in Brussels, celebrated for her eclectic mix of hip-hop, African beats, house, and techno. She began her journey in music at just 12 years old as a radio host at Radio Campus and later co-created Full Mix, one of Belgium’s pioneering programs for hip-hop, R&B, and funk.

Today, Rokia is a key figure in the Brussels and Paris music scenes. She regularly performs at events organized by activist groups like Afropunk, La Colonie, and Massimadi, where she also oversees bookings. In 2021, she helped curate the inaugural Belgian edition of the New Afro Ke-Pon festival. Her sets are a celebration of music, community, and movement – a space to lose yourself and find each other again.
