Kylesa
Kylesa is a legendary band that left an indelible mark on the heavy music world for fifteen years, before disappearing completely from the scene in 2015. For a full decade the band remained silent, but now they finally return — and in grand fashion.
Led by the iconic guitar and vocal duo Laura Pleasants and Phillip Cope, Kylesa grew into a key force within the Georgia metal scene. Their unique, experimental sound — a crushing wall of noise where sludge, psych, punk and metal seamlessly collide — remains just as relevant and intense today as it was back then.
For this long-awaited comeback, the band is joined by a legendary rhythm section, featuring Roy Mayorga (Nausea, Soulfly, Stone Sour, Ministry, Jerry Cantrell) and John John Jesse (Nausea, Morning Glory). Together, they build upon the foundation that once turned Kylesa into a cult name.
And there’s more: this marks their first Belgian show since 2014. Kylesa also share a special history with Trix, having previously set the stage ablaze there in 2009 and 2010. After ten years away, an absolute heavyweight returns: a rare chance to experience this influential band live once again.
