M-Kids

Twenty years ago, the iconic trio M-Kids last got together in the studio. Now, that’s about to change!

It had been years of silence around the girl group of Tamara Cambré, Davina Cambré, and Britt De Winter, but their friendship always remained. When they realized that their debut album would celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2026, the idea of marking it in a big way took shape. And what better way to celebrate than with your favorite party?! For the occasion, the trio gave their iconic hit single “Halloween” a fresh new twist. They completely re-recorded the song under the title “Halloween (2025)”.

“When we stood together at the microphone again after all these years, it felt instantly familiar,” they say. “We have such beautiful memories from the early days of M-Kids. It feels like time has stood still, but we’re thrilled that Halloween now has a contemporary update. The same fun is there, but with a wink to how we’ve grown.”

M-Kids

M-Kids was founded in the early 2000s, consisting of Tamara Cambré, Britt De Winter, and Davina Cambré. The group was a huge success. The three met at dance school, where after auditions the group was formed and quickly experienced a breakthrough. M-Kids became known for their energetic and catchy songs, with fun accompanying dances. Their debut single “Swingen” immediately became a hit, followed by the album “Cool” with well-known songs like “Funky Monkey” and “Halloween”. In 2002 and 2003 they also released albums with classics such as “Indianendans” and “Poppa Joe”. M-Kids was the youngest group ever to perform at the Sportpaleis. In 2005 they said goodbye, but their music lives on and evokes a feeling of timeless nostalgia for many.
