Nourished By Time

Nourished By Time is the musical alter ego of Baltimore’s Marcus Brown, who fuses post-punk, New Wave, R&B, and electro-funk into an emotionally charged and idiosyncratic blend of soul and critique. His music reads like a diary from the underbelly of late capitalism: sharply observational, dreamlike, and laced with bitter romanticism. Breakout release 'Erotic Probiotic 2' (2023) and follow-up 'Catching Chickens' (2024) earned him praise from Pitchfork, The Guardian, and The FADER – and a record deal with XL Recordings for his forthcoming debut album 'The Passionate Ones'. Joviale

Joviale makes music that feels like a performance: drama emerges from the tension between pop sensibility and something more cerebral and sensory. A multidisciplinary artist from North London, they grew up as a theatre kid and now channel that expressive energy into a unique world where visual art, performance, and music intersect. After the well-received 'Hurricane Belle' EP in 2021 – praised by the likes of Pitchfork and Crack MagazineJoviale deliberately stepped out of the spotlight to grow and learn. In 2025, they return to the stage, ready to share new work.
