"EU FAMILY!
Its been an overwhelming year! My band and I have been touring nonstop since March. I have decided to take a break this month to rest and reconvene with shows at the end of November. Tour exhaustion is a real issue, especially for independent artists like me who are taking even greater financial risks when touring in this new world.
My team are working to reschedule the forthcoming European shows to a later date. The ticketing companies will be in touch with further details once we’ve finalised them.

Sampa The Great
De rappende poëete Sampa Tembo verovert onder Sampa The Great zowat heel de wereld. Met haar inspirerende samples, spoken word en vurige raps brengt ze een intense mix aan soul en funk. Ze komt uit Zambia maar is momenteel gevestigd in Sydney, Australië. Haar mosterd? Die haalt ze bij grootheden à la Lauryn Hill, Mos Def en Chance The Rapper.
In 2015 bracht ze haar debuut 'The Great Mixtape' uit. Intussen nam ze een nummer met Estelle op en verkoos Red Bull Music haar in 2017 als Sound Select Artist, dankzij de EP HERoes: 'She might be the most important female performance poet to emerge in the last few years'. Eerder stond ze al in het voorprogramma van o.a. Kendrick Lamar, Ibeyi en Joey Bada$$.
Met haar fenomenale laatste worp As Above, So Below, komt ze nu naar Trix.
